Reduced IELTS Requirement

We are now accepting application for both BSc & MSc Nursing in the UK with reduced IELTS score.

New English entry requirements for the course is IELTS overall 6.5 with maximum two bands at 6.0

Additional Information;

  1. University have two intakes, September and February
  2. Tuition fee £11,500 for undergraduate and £12,000 for master. (The fees can be paid on instalment basis and there are scholarship available).
  3. Students will be required to pay additional £1,400 towards the work placement. University is negotiating with NHS Trust to waive this and it is likely they will agree.
  4. It is the requirement of the course for students to have a minimum hours of work placement/experience in local hospitals.
  5. University will be able to offer pre-sessional English to students who are bellow IELTS overall 6.5. Minimum IELTS score is 5.5 in each band (For combined CAS / Visa for pre sessional English and your course, the IELTS should be UKVI ACADEMIC)

 

The course consists of lectures, seminars and tutorials delivered at the University which explore the theoretical underpinnings of practice as a nurse. The theoretical learning accounts for fifty per cent of your time. The remaining fifty per cent of the course involves completing blocks of learning occurring in a variety of clinical settings where you will develop a wide range of skills associated with adult nursing.

By integrating theory and practice, the course allows you to become a skilled, competent, compassionate and committed adult nurse with the necessary communication skills that are required to ensure patient care remains at the forefront of professional practice.
